The costs associated are the cover price of the books plus the actual cost of postage (up to 3 books fit per package), which vary between the U.S. ($8.00 US), Canada ($25.85 US), U.K. ($35.65 US), and Australia ($36.70 US).
Shipments to the U.K. may be subject to VAT.
Shipping is via the United States Postal Service.
Once shipped, expected delivery times are 2-3 business days within the U.S. and 6-10 business days to Canada, the U.K. and Australia.
Although we realize (and completely agree) that the postage costs associated with international shipping may be prohibitive to our readers in other countries, we didn't want to exclude anyone from having the option of receiving a signed copy!
